Easy Returns & Refunds at Shawls & Soul
Got something that isn't quite right? No problem!
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Shawls & Soul. That's why we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
What can be returned?
- Items must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
- They should be in the original packaging.
- Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return an item:
- Contact us at shawlsandsoul@gmail.com or message us directly on WhatsApp at 03340109308 to initiate the return process.
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
- Important! Please don't return anything without contacting us first. We won't be able to accept returns sent back without authorization.
What about damaged or wrong items?
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shawlsandsoul@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 03340109308. We'll get things fixed right away!
Exchanges:
Want to exchange something for a different size or color? The quickest way is to return the original item and then place a new order for what you want.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know if the refund is approved.
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 2 business days to your original payment method.
- Keep in mind, it might take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
